Please follow these rules so everyone can be safe & have fun!
Gym Policies
There is NO physical helping allowed on any of the obstacles.
This means no lifting others onto an obstacle they can’t reach, handing someone a rope or ring, or even holding their hand for balance. Everything has to be done all by yourself!
While we understand this may be hard for some parents to follow, the main reason for this rule is the children’s safety. If a child is not physically or mentally prepared to be on an obstacle by themselves, we do not want them on it.
A huge positive we have seen come from enforcing this rule is the confidence that it builds in the kids. They are learning that it is 100% OK to fail at something – because if they keep trying and working at it they will conquer it!
We are now ages 4 & up for open gym and for classes!
As always, this rule is for the safety of all our guests! Especially when the gym is busy and crowded, it is easy for the younger children to wander and get hurt.
A signed waiver is required to participate.
Regardless of whether you are here with a party, open gym, if you just want to try a couple things with your kids, etc. everyone MUST have a waiver on file. No exceptions.
Sneakers are required to play.
Flip flops and boots are NOT allowed. There are quite a few obstacles that you will not be able to do without sneakers.
Purchases
No monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as credit or exchanges.
Sale Items
All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for any reason, except in the case of a defective product. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase as all items are considered final sale.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Monthly Memberships
We offer a flexible, month-to-month membership with no long-term contracts. To ensure we have accurate rosters for our coaches, we have three simple options for canceling:

- Standard Cancellation (10+ Days Notice): If you notify us more than 10 days before your renewal, your membership will end on the last day of the current month with no additional fees.
- Express Cancellation (Less than 10 Days Notice): If you need to cancel suddenly at the end of the month, we offer an “Express Cancellation” for a $10 processing fee. This stops your upcoming auto-pay immediately.
- Post-Billing Credit: If your payment has already been processed on the 1st, we do not offer refunds. However, we can either keep your membership going for the remainder of the month, or we can stop the enrollment and issue you a credit valid for 3 months to be used for future classes, competitions, camps, or birthday parties.
Birthday Parties
A $150 deposit is required to reserve your date. We understand that plans change!

- Cancellations 14+ days prior: Receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee, or receive 100% account credit to be used within 6 months.
- Cancellations 7–13 days prior: No refunds. Your deposit can be converted to an account credit to be used within 6 months.
- Cancellations within 7 days: Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable.
- Inclement Weather: In the event of a state-declared weather emergency, your party may be rescheduled for free to the next available date.
Groups & Events
To secure your requested date and time, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Because large group events require dedicated staffing and facility space, we adhere to the following cancellation schedule:

- Cancellations 21+ days prior: You may choose a full refund of your deposit (minus a $25 administrative fee) or receive 100% account credit toward a future event within 6 months.
- Cancellations 7–20 days prior: No cash refunds will be issued. Your deposit will be issued as an account credit to be used within 6 months.
- Cancellations within 7 days: Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable.
- Final Headcount: Your final balance is based on your confirmed headcount the day of the event.
Summer Morning Program
We understand that summer plans can shift. To maintain our 10:1 student-to-coach ratios, we adhere to the following policy:

- 30+ Days Before Start: Full Refund (minus a $25 admin fee).
- 14–29 Days Before Start: 50% Refund or 100% gym account credit.
- Less than 14 Days Before Start: No refunds. However, we allow one free transfer to a different week if space is available.
- Note: Prorated credits for injury/illness require a doctor’s note. No refunds/credits for no-shows.
