Our Ninja Warrior classes are for adults that have no experience in obstacles and want to learn the basics. We are here to teach you balance, climbing tips, and grip strength basics.
Walking into a ninja gym can feel intimidating, and quite honestly confusing when you are new. Open Gym can be fun with friends but you will learn so much more and start building some basic skills in a class more easily.
Our experienced coaches know how to start with the simple obstacles first and break them down so that you can see progress in every class. They will introduce more advanced versions of the obstacles once you are ready and help you continue to grow.
All classes include open gym before and after to work at your own pace.
Beginner Adult Ninja
Wednesday 7:00 – 7:45 pm
Perfect for all beginners age 18 and up! Learn the basics of balance, swinging, climbing, jumping and more with Coach Jake, and build your confidence on all the best obstacles!
Intermediate Adult Ninja
Tuesday 7:30 – 8:30 pm
Thursday 6:15 – 7:15 pm
A longer class for those who want to be pushed even further – putting together obstacles into courses like you see on TV! This is the perfect class for those who have mastered the basics and want more of a challenge.
Competitive Adult Ninja
Thursday 7:30 – 8:45 pm
Our most advanced ninja class, the competitive class is focused on running courses and preparing for competitions.
